crownph Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the crownph platform available at crownph.net (hereinafter referred to as "crownph," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and crownph. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the crownph platform and close your account if one has been created.

To register and use the crownph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines applicable to online casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts on crownph.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of crownph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the crownph platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.

crownph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the crownph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

When registering your crownph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times. crownph is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your crownph username and password.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying crownph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

crownph will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from crownph that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on the crownph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). crownph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. crownph reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account.

crownph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions such as the February Valentine's campaign. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. crownph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically upon the end of the validity period.
• crownph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active on a crownph account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• crownph reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play.

All games available on the crownph platform — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, rummy, and all other titles — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game in question.

crownph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, crownph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. crownph's decision in such matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crownph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one crownph account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the crownph platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hand information in card games or coordinating bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the crownph platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to crownph support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the crownph platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the crownph platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing crownph staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the crownph platform — including but not limited to the crownph name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of crownph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the crownph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any crownph content without prior written consent.
• Use the crownph name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any crownph content or software.
• Use any crownph content for commercial purposes of any kind.

crownph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognize that while gaming is a form of entertainment for the vast majority of our players, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gaming behaviors. crownph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their crownph account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of their crownph account.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion period of 30, 60, or 90 days, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

crownph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your crownph account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, crownph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the crownph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond crownph's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data.
• Any conduct or content of third parties on or through the Platform.

crownph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your crownph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit crownph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

crownph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the crownph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

crownph implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication — to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and crownph cannot guarantee absolute data security.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the crownph platform must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

crownph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, crownph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the crownph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
